Ingredients:
2 large onions, finely diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vegan butter
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
200 g tub of vegan cream cheese
2 tablespoons vegan mayo
2 garlic cloves
2 pickles, finely diced
Fresh chives, chopped
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Paprika for sprinkling on top
Salt and pepper to taste

Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Caramelize the Onions:
Heat olive oil and vegan butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
