Healthy Vanilla Coconut Pudding



A healthy homemade vanilla coconut pudding, that is super easy to make!

Serves: 3

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

1 can of full-fat coconut milk

2 tablespoons arrowroot powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp pure vanilla extract


Instructions:

In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together coconut milk, arrowroot powder, and maple syrup. Turn to medium-low and whisk continuously for another 5-7 minutes, until thick like pudding. Whisk in the vanilla. Serve warm or refrigerate.
